FABRIC SALE ???????

Nothing is more exciting than a good FABRIC SALE!!!! ..

OK, . .I did get kind of out of control  . . but what do you expect. . . . .I have a grandbaby on the way and I have been waiting for this for event for quilt, . . I mean quite a while. 

I received an email advertising a HUGE sale . . .  and if I drove down to Salt Lake on Saturday morning by 7:00 AM and there would be a huge assortment for 35% off . . HOLY COW . . . what an opportunity!!!!! . .

There was sew . . .  I mean so much stuff I started to hyper-ventilate . . . . not to worry, I had my trustie brown paper bag with me (I do keep it close by for these kind of occasions).  So now I have to decide BOY or GIRL . . . so of course "I have to be prepared, like an Eagle Scout’s Mother" (of three, by the way), I bought for both.   By the time I figured out all the combinations of fabric, I was the last person, the crowd had disappeared.  Oh well, I didn’t have to stand in a line waiting to pay for my stuff. 

By the time I got to my car, I was exhausted.  It was a good thing I had a place to go to gather myself back together.  It was our monthly BLOCKHEAD Meeting and there is always a lot of energy there.  We always have so much fun, we show what we have been doing for the last month and share ideas.  Unfortunately several of the girls could not make it . . so we had a small group.  We always manage to have a good time no matter how many come.  But when everyone comes it is THE BEST!

So what can I say . . IT WAS A GREAT DAY!!!!
