The Girls will be moving to Herriman, UT

Kristian got an awesome job here in SLC and everyone is so EXCITED!!!

That means Tracy and Ellie will be living closer

to Grandma B and Grandpops!

What a happy time for the ODLAND crew.

It hasn't been easy for the Kristian and his girls to be split up.

Kristian has been traveling back and forth on weekends,

until their house is ready, this summer. 

When they reunite, I know how happy they must be!!!!

Ellie doesn't realize what is in store for her.

She will be getting a brand new home and . . .

her very own bedroom.

Now all we have to do is wait patiently. . .

What a WONDERFUL THING TO LOOK FORWARD TO!!

Our Trip to the News Room

Last week Kristian invited us to come see where he works now.

So we were excited to check it out.

Pretty Impressive.

We were able to watch Channel 5 News @ 5:00 PM - LIVE!!

Afterward Kristain took some funs shots of us on the set.

After my camera shoot I was able to interview a surprise visitor,

 ODLAND THE BARBARIAN.

 

Then Kristain gave a tour around the studio

and met the people at KSL.

They were all so nice. . . a very fun time!!!

2013 Heber Valley Quilt Guild RETREAT

Another fun retreat.  Sheila and I joined in with the gals from Midway/Heber City

 and had a fun time at the Homestead Resort.

We arrived ready to sew into the night for 2 days.  We checked into our room,

which was called the Ranch House.  It was very cozy.

We got started and had lots of room to spread out our stash.  Beth, our President, made some very cute favors.  The theme was "Give a Hoot".  

It was 2 days of Fun Friends and Good Food.

Of course we did some serious sewing.  

We did learn to make some really cute Owl Pin Cushions.  There was a pin cushion exchange so everyone went home with a new pic cushion to all to our collection.

We took a couple of breaks to get some fresh air and to get the blood circulating.

A few stretches had to be done too.

and . . .  we couldn't leave until we did our traditional "PLANK"!!

GOOD TIMES . .. ALWAY FUN TO BE WITH MY WONDERFUL FRIEND
